By making a booking through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
We provide private airport transfer services between airports and designated locations as selected by the customer at the time of booking.
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.1 All bookings must be made via our website or approved communication channels.
2.2 A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.
2.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate travel information (flight number, arrival time, pickup location, contact details).
3.1 All prices displayed on the website are final unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payments must be made through the secure payment methods offered on the website.
3.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.
4.1 Cancellations made [e.g. 24 hours] before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
4.2 Cancellations made less than [e.g. 24 hours] before pickup time are non-refundable.
4.3 No refunds will be issued for no-shows or incorrect pickup information provided by the customer.
5.1 For airport pickups, the driver will wait up to [e.g. 60 minutes] after the actual landing time.
5.2 Additional waiting time may be charged if delays exceed the free waiting period.
5.3 For non-airport pickups, the driver will wait [e.g. 15 minutes] after the scheduled time.
Customers agree to:
Provide accurate booking details
Be present at the pickup point on time
Follow safety instructions
Treat drivers and vehicles respectfully
Not carry illegal or dangerous items
7.1 Each booking allows a reasonable amount of luggage based on the selected vehicle type.
7.2 Oversized or excess luggage must be declared in advance.
7.3 Child seats must be requested at the time of booking where required by law.
8.1 We monitor flight arrivals when a flight number is provided.
8.2 If your flight is delayed, pickup time will be adjusted accordingly at no extra charge within reasonable limits.
8.3 If flight details are not provided or are incorrect, we are not responsible for missed pickups.
9.1 We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, accidents, or force majeure events.
9.2 Our liability is limited to the cost of the transfer service paid by the customer.
9.3 We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items left in the vehicle.
We shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, or government restrictions.
