Q, Do I have to make a booking in advance, or can I call when I arrive..
A ,Without a booking you may have to wait 60 mints approx.
Q ,Is your company licensed?
A ,Yes we are fully licence company and required to abide by the regulation set by Public Carriage Office licensing authority.
Q, Are your prices per car or per person?
A , Our prices are per car please click on Our Fleet for further details..The price you see is the price you pay . You will be pay charged an extra 3.5% if you choose to pay by credit card .
Q, How do I meet the Driver?
A ,Your Driver will meet in the arrival terminal near the airport information desk with your name card.
Q, What will happen if we do not meet the driver?
A ,If you are unable to locate our driver please ring in UK phone .The duty manager will be in possession of this phone and contact the driver allocated to your booking.
Q, How can I complain?
A ,You can either email the manager or telephone.(Our call centre will take the brief details of the complaint then a manager or supervisor will deal with the complaint.
Q, How can I pay for my transfer?
A,We accept all major credit cards, and payment is made through our secure server.
Q, Do I need to pay in Advance?
A, No you do not need to pay in advance , where you elect to pay on arrival we will require card details to secure the booking.
Q, Can I Cancel my booking?
A ,Yes you can cancel or postpone a booking. Please see Terms and condition
Q, If I have paid by credit card and cancel my booking and can I get refund?
A ,Yes ,You can get refund less the cost of the credit car transaction fee. Please see Refund policy
